Guest Service Concierge available to our guests as well as 5-star amenities, including optional meal services provided at Hacienda del Secreto's main palapa (a 5 minute beach walk from Villa Tortuga). Private in-villa chef services are available as well, booked through our Guest Services Team. In addition, included with your stay is an arrival courtesy cocktail or cocktail, twice daily maid service, (except on major holidays), courtesy turn down service each evening, purified drinking water, wireless internet, 24 hour professional security, use of our beach club & amenities, such as volleyball, horseshoes, pool table, shade palapas with beach chairs, hanging sunbathing beds for relaxing, ocean kayaks, boogie boards, and beach toys.
