This single story Condo in a quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath has ample space for a group of 4. Two patios offer lounging and social time in the warm Arizona weather.
The master suite has a private bath with a walk in shower. The unit is equipped with most the basic needs for food prep and cooking. There is a community pool and hot tub area . Pool towels provided for use. Full disclosure: The pool area is in need of updates and repairs. The condo association has plans to complete those updates this year. However, it is still functional and clean.

This property has a 30 day minimum stay requirement. The listing is hosted by a software-connected Host. We use our own credit card processing service to collect certain deposits and fees (Security Deposit, cancellation fee, etc.).
Home has Wifi but no cable TV. Each TV is a SmartTV with streaming apps. Apps for broadcast and network channels can be added as needed. Live TV can be viewed through these apps.
Please note: There is a SECURITY CAMERA at the front door the unit.
Host's Policies:
** The number of guests booked at time of reservation shall be registered with owner. Please contact host if number of guests changes and/or if more guests need to be added to the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight accommodation.
** We have a strict policy prohibiting parties, large gatherings and events on the property. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
** Strictly no pets due to severe allergies suffered by hosts' child. Any pets brought into the unit will result in cancellation of the booking and guests will be required to leave. If you need to travel with a service animal, please consider another property that can better accommodate this need and is not a health issue for the hosts and their family.
** Due to the unit being a landlord/tenant, 30 day or more leased property, we require a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be collected by host directly. Deposit will be returned if booking is cancelled by either party. This security deposit is in addition to damage insurance. The security deposit shall be returned to tenant within 14 days of check out in accordance with Arizona State Landlord/Tenant laws.
** Upon booking, a Rental Agreement and a Liability Waiver is required along with a copy of booking guest's identification. Identification is necessary to confirm who we are entering into an agreement with and to comply with local regulations and requirements. The Agreement, Waiver, I.D. and deposit are required to gain access to property. Access code will be provided to guest the day before check in.
