The stylishly furnished 78sqm apartment with great attention to detail is centrally located in the Wilhelminian Waldstrasse district. It is very easy to reach by public transport and is only a few trams away from the train station. You can easily get to the city center, the stadium, the arena, the zoo and the neighboring Rosental on foot - to stroll, relax, picnic. The apartment is not only suitable for couples, but also for families and smaller groups. There is a large separate dining and lounge area with pub flair. This room can be used for smaller family reunions, game evenings, but also as a place for meetings for up to 10 people. The property currently sleeps up to 5 people.
