Rent our property in Punta Banda (40 min s of downtown Ensenada) 2 bedroom beach house with a detached 2 bedroom guest house. (6 adults/4 kid maximum for both homes together))

The beach house has 2 bedrooms w 2 queen beds(one in each room) & one futon. The guest house has 2 bedrooms,1 bedroom w a king bed & 1 bunk bed room for the kids with a trundle bed and futons (sleeps 4). Both have full kitchens. The kitchen in the beach house is old but functional. The Kitchen in the guest house is wonderful and were we do most of the cooking. Eating in the Beachhouse overlooking the ocean.. BeachHouse has 1 bathroom with shower&bath tub (a rarity in Mexico). Guest house has 2 bathrooms-1 has a tub too.
Relax in front of the window or on the patio with your morning coffee ,watch the dolphins frolick along the beach. Take a morning jog & enjoy the sunrise. Later in the day, sit on the patio, sip a margarita & watch the breathtaking sunset. Dine in the courtyard by the outdoor fire. Go horseback riding.
Great star-gazing at night . The lights of Ensenada are spectacular.
Don't be afraid to eat in Mexico. The food is great, but each house has a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook if you choose to. You can also barbecue in the courtyard on our charcoal grill. Just dont drink the water.
Relax on the comfortable furniture & watch satellite TV with movie channels. We also have a library of DVDs available. Listen to the stereo with our collection of CDs while you play some of the board games we have provided.
The swimming on this beach is great. We have also provided beach toys for the kid in all of us. There are boogie boards and fins, kick boards for the little ones, surf boards, snorkeling equipment, paddle games. There is a shade unit and beach chairs. Just bring the sun screen
We have fishing poles for surf-fishing . Bait and supplies can be bought at Vonnys Fleet just up the main road. You can catch different varieties of fish right on the beach in front of the house, or you can rent a Panga Boat from Vonny's. We have never caught less than a wheel barrow full of fish! The same place that takes you out on the Panga has kayaks for rent
The beach is great for making sand castles, flying kites, and sunbathing, but be careful of the sun; you can get burned. We have provided a shade unit and beach chairs, all you need to bring is the sunscreen.Most of the time you have the beach to yourself except for a few people passing by on horseback. You can rent horses too and ride along the beach yourself.
Bring your book or borrow one, but don't think you'll find time to read it; try bird watching instead.
Go hiking at Camp Kennedy or Cantu, sight-seeing in La Bufadora which is a famous tourist stop, and eat at a local restaurant. We have spotted whales while eating there The shopping in La Bufadora is also great!

You can travel into Ensenada for nightlife if interested. It's only 30 minutes away.
There is a washer and dryer available in case you want to take advantage of it.
You will be lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the ocean in the comfort of the therapeutic beds.It will be difficult to leave this place so we do hope you return.
Please note..this is a quiet beach, no fireworks allowed.
No campers, Motor Homes, or 5th Wheels allowed in the neighborhood.
Remember, this a value filled vacation. You are staying in a baja beach house rental with all of it's privacy as opposed to a hotel. Cooking is a nice option as opposed to eating out every night. The beach is beautiful, sandy, and secluded. We make it turn key so all you need is your clothing, sunscreen, food, water, and paper products.
