The house stands on the edge of a cottage settlement between the local situation Mönkebude and the Szczecin Lagoon.

offers two more sleeping places, which can be used if necessary.
Heating is by means of a natural gas boiler via an energy-saving underfloor heating system. The house is considered a low energy house. Hot water is supplied in the amount actually required with an electric instantaneous water heater.
The floor is high quality tiled or laminate (bedroom, living room)
Terrace furniture (large table with 6 high garden chairs) and foam pads are available. A stainless steel charcoal grill is ready.
In about 80 meters from the house is a small harbor (for boats up to 7m in length and 0.6 m draft), where you can also rent a guest berth.
A washing machine can also be rented in the administrative bungalow of the community.
