Along with great views, we have a country feel, but we are only 6 miles from town. We are conveniently located near Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Lake Sam Rayburn. Note that the farm is on a highway, so some traffic noise is expected. But you will also be treated to the sounds of birds, ducks and frogs singing in the pond.
