Charming cottage located in a quiet and clear environment, in the heart of the village of Fraisse des Corbières, a few kilometers only from Durban and Fitou. We are here in Corbières, surrounded by the famous vineyards, and just steps from the Cathar castles. The scenery and wildlife of the surrounding hills are ideal for hiking. Migratory birds have colonized the Sigean pond will delight the curious. Farniente is also the part with the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches of Leucate and Port la Nouvelle. At ground floor: spacious living room of 50 m² with lounge and dining room, 1 large kitchen, 1 queensize bedroom and its private shower room, 1 separate toilet.
