We also added in 2023 AC downstairs, additional fans upstairs And a back yard fire pit> Close to rivers for fishing or boating (Penobscot River); close to Baxter State Park for hiking and wildlife abounding. Large back yard in a peaceful location. Access to ATV trails Our house is not a luxury stay. It is clean and a nice home. Especially for the price.
