Summary: They never sent a confirmation email with the code for the mailbox (I was told that was a Hotels.com/Expedia problem as they sent them a useless email to get a hold of me. When we arrived we could not get into the hotel. If not for a very helpful hotel guest who called for us as our US phones could not dial the German phone number on the door. We got a code/then the key and went to our room only to find 1 king bed instead of the 3 twins we booked. They had given us the wrong room. Two of us slept on the floor and also only had 2 towels for the morning.

Summary: Difficult check in process and little English speaking people. No A/C and shampoo was out. Nice place overall though!

Summary: Great location, very quiet, excellent amenities in the hotel, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Could do with longer parking offered to till next morning rather than 8am but other than that it was excellent to stay here. Breakfast is also offered here.
