The house overlooks the Bay of Morlaix and benefits from panoramic views over the Bay of Morlaix (Chateau du Taureau, Ile Ouet, Pointe de Pen Al Lann). The house has a large south-facing terrace.
The 130m² ground floor comprises a hallway leading to 3 double bedrooms with garden views and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath directly accessible from a bedroom. The hall opens onto a fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace and large bay window with sea views. The first floor (20 m²) has a flat-screen TV/DVD area and a library with a sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
