Summary: It is a beautiful country house in a lovely rural area with a grand garden, small lake and horse barns and training area where we could watch the girls putting the horses through their dressage paces. The nearby fields of bright yellow canola were stunning to see. The lady of the house was gracious as were all her staff. We also enjoyed dinner and a walk in nearby Eckernforde which has a pretty harbour and walking promenade on the sea.
