Cool off in the heated saltwater pool (fee for heating). Enjoy the cool winter nights around the fireplace. Enjoy outdoor living with a stainless steel BBQ and dining table under the large covered patio that faces east for afternoon shade. Storage box has child size life vests, Floaties, noodles, and golf clubs. Pool can be heated for additional fee.

Be considerate of the neighbors. City enforced quite time is from 10pm to 6am. Parking in driveway only. No street parking. Only registered guests allowed. No parties, events, or gatherings. Property only available for registered guests. We do not rent to locals. No Smoking or pets allowed; $1500 cleaning / deodorizing fee will be charged. Owner is not liable for injury, loss or damage to any person or possessions. In the cooler months the pool can be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $80 per day and requires 72 hours notice. Ambient nightly temperatures and use of the waterfall may affect the heating conditions. Supervise children in the pool or backyard area. Guest is responsible for supervising all swimming activities. Guest assumes all liability for accidents. Subletting is prohibited.
