This semi-detached villa of 60 m², very bright, tastefully renovated, comprises:
-Living space with tall ceilings (around 5 meters), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven/microwave, electric coffee maker), living area with couch of 3 places and flat screen TV (digital channels).
-A bedroom with double bed and storage space, bedroom upstairs with 2 individual beds, and wardrobe for storage, mezzanine with 1 individual bed, small sofa bed for a kid.
-One bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and storage furniture.
-1 WC
-An entrance with storage space for luggage, and washing machine.
-Terrace with wooden table and built in benches for 6 people. The terrace opens onto the garden (view of the golf course).
The villa was completely renovated. The furniture, bedding, appliances, equipment (accessories, crockery) is new. The decoration of the villa is very meticulous.
The residence is underneath the pine trees, right outside the golf course. Cars have no access to the inside of the residence (2 parking spaces available). The pool is open every day (summer schedule: 8.30 - 20.00) it is secured. The bike path is 50 m from the villa.
Lacanau Ocean is about 1.5 km away (5/10 min on a bike). Bikes are recommended because it is the easiest way to move around and the quickest way to go to the beach or town. There are more than 200 km of paths through the pine forest allowing direct access to Lacanau Ocean and its beaches, Lacanau Lake, Carcans Maubuisson, Porge and Bordeaux. You will find many bike rental places in Lacanau.
