This 74-square metre apartment for 2-4 people (2 separate bedrooms) was newly built and completely refurbished in 2020 and is located on the ground floor; it features underfloor heating and has a modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher as well as a refrigerator with freezer. Of course there's a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and lovely tableware.
The cosy living room area features a 50 inch flat screen TV.
Towels and bath towels as well as a hair dryer are provided in the mobility access bathroom.
If necessary, you can use the on-site washing machine with built-in dryer.
A large terrace with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place for having a good time.
Bicycles can be safely parked in the huge garden shed and e-bikes can be charged.
There's parking for 2 cars right in front of the flat.

Train and bus connections are a few minutes away on foot.
