It is surrounded on three sides by patios, fabulous for entertaining, all with stunning views. The entire home has been completely redesigned and updated in 2015 and is now a truly fabulous custom home. It features an all new gourmet kitchen, new floor coverings and furniture with the the best finishes available. Possibly the best location in all of Saddlebrooke. Our home features two separate Master Suites each with their own bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with pass through to an outdoor bar and barbecue, and a covered outdoor living room. Located right at the edge of the Catalina Mountain Range, this house is perfect for entertaining. It has very comfortable living spaces and is extremely well equipped. This home has a very private feel.
The house features a state of the art Solar Electric System that is integrated into the local power grid. We feel great that the system meets all of our power needs, and at times actually feeds power back into the grid.
