This casita was Built in 2015 Brand New King size mattress in 2021. Tv's in bedroom and living area. Full kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable couch that pulls out for extra sleeping. Small fenced yard and seating area with a barbeque. WIFI and satellite. It is three blocks from downtown. Very close to entrance to Simpson Arena and a few minutes drive to Rancho Rio for roping and horse boarding. We are very excited to Offer this like new casita!
