*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 25 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*The marble pool decking and front patio will get a power wash on Fridays at 3 pm weekly while the black olive tree is shedding to avoid staining the marble. (Summer season only.)
