The apartment (approx. 50 sqm) for max. 2 people is in the 1st Floor of a former stable building with farmhouse charm on the 3-hectare estate ensemble, which is under monument and nature protection, with the over 400-year-old estate oaks.

The apartment offers a view of the park, the historic belfry, the herb garden and the orchards with a stream in front. From the bedroom you have a view of the rose roundel.
The accommodation is equipped with 1 bedroom (beds can be separated or put together as required), a living / dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.

In the approx. 3 hectare park there are appropriate oases of calm, a barbecue area, tea house, outdoor chess and a small playground.
