Outdoor shower with total privacy. Set back off of a cul de sac. 25 minutes to the Malibu beach, 45 minutes to LAX. An hour and a half from Disneyland, 45 minutes from Santa Barbara. 20 minutes to Camarillo Outlet Mall. Horse ranch with horses to rent 5 minutes from the house, beautiful state park hiking and biking trails five minutes from the horse.Trail head at corner of property that opens up to hiking.
