In the heart of the Eifel and the German-Belgian High Fens Nature Park lies the picturesque castle town of Blankenheim. With its 7 districts, it extends over a huge area of 150 square kilometres and the three-star holiday flat is located near the district of Nonnenbach and was completed in June 2011. Here in the beautiful Nonnenbach valley you have good access to the Eifelsteig, Jacobspilgerweg and other hiking trails.the flat is located in the main house of a former farm and has a beautiful view of Nonnenbach and the quiet gravelled courtyard where you can also park.From the spacious entrance area you enter the very well-equipped new eat-in kitchen (Miele cooker & oven with ceramic hob, Miele dishwasher and Liebherr fridge with freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living area also has a comfortable leather sofa, flat screen with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system with CD player. Upstairs is the bedroom with 1 double bed and the bathroom with shower and WC. 1 set of towels and bed linen are provided and the property is fenced. A terrace with garden furniture and parasol as well as a swing and climbing poles can be used and on request we also have a travel cot and a high chair. However, there is only 1 bedroom, so the travel cot for the baby would be in the bedroom, and the rental price includes all costs for final cleaning and electricity, so that only the deposit is charged extra. Pets are not allowed and it is a non-smoking flat. Arrival is from 16 o'clock. At the end of the rental period, the holiday flat must be vacated by 10 am at the latest.
