The master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor. One has a Queen bed while the other has a double bed plus a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath - perfect for the kids! The upper floor has a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Broadkill Beach is the perfect location for a relaxed vacation with wonderful beach access for swimming, kayaking, fishing and sunbathing. The Broadkill Store, located just down the street, has sandwiches, breakfast pastries and mouthwatering milk shakes! Owner is leaving some beach chairs and sand toys for your use. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
