I am offering a roomy, quiet, safe, carefully sanitized, ground floor private entrance studio/apartment 5 blocks from the beach, in the Golden Zone's residential area, Las Gaviotas. You won't need a car; a short walk to restaurants, gym, beach, bars, pharmacy, public transportation, shops, etc. Steps from your door is corner market and OXXO. Garage space available for a bike or motorcycle. Street parking is safe.
I live upstairs with my indoor kitty girl. I speak English, Spanish and some cat. She is available for visiting by request only. 😺😸
