Our Condo:
• Located in the highly upgraded phase 2, Cordoba GROUND FLOOR, 1900 Sq Ft plus 799 Sq Ft of patio space.
• Our condo was toured by AAA representatives and Las Palomas management and both stated seeing this unit was a deciding factor in awarding the 4 Diamond Rating to the resort years ago.
• PASSPORTS or PASSPORT Cards ARE REQUIRED For Anyone over 15 years of age.
NO refunds for any Holiday dates that include Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Eve.
Condo features:
• A 75' wall mounted Smart TV in the Family Room, Yamaha Bluetooth sound bar and sub-woofer.
• All bedrooms offer large wall mounted Smart TV's.
• High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we include one), free Wi-Fi for your own laptop and digital WALL SAFE big enough for a laptop.
• 2 large bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen/king bunk, and a new 3rd “free Bonus bunk room offering a twin/full bunk.
• There is additional guest sleeping in the great room, but we have removed the always uncomfortable sleeper sofa with a sectional and 60" ottoman that creates a sleeping area 96" long x 60" wide. You will find extra blankets, sheets, and pillows in the master closet.
• HUGE patio over 700 Sq FT with immediate access to the pools and beach.

Golf:
• Remember, Las Palomas is a Seaside Golf Community, so BRING YOUR CLUBS. Our condos include a Resident Golf Membership, which allows our guests to pre-book tee times 30 days in advance and receive a discounted rate off the regular rates. Club rental is also available. Current rate for 18 holes and a cart with our membership is only $35 for 18 holes or $25 for 9 holes, subject to change.
NOTE: OUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY REQUIRES THE PERSON WHO CHECKS-IN TO BE AGE 25 OR OLDER. THIS PERSON MUST ALSO STAY FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR VISIT.
