The setting
This entire home sits directly on the Destin Harbor with gated beach access nearby, offering the best of water-focused living. Porches and interior spaces throughout the home capture harbor views, creating a constant sense of openness and connection to the coastline. A private dock with up to six boat slips - with a minimum of two guaranteed - makes boating days simple, and water taxi access adds convenience for trips around the harbor.
Living spaces
The home is arranged across three split-level sections, allowing large groups to gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy. Each section includes its own living room, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor deck. Across nine bedrooms and six bathrooms, the layout balances king suites with playful bunk rooms. Each section features two king suites with bathrooms and one bunk bedroom. The pirate-themed bunk room includes four queen beds and two twin beds, while the additional bunk rooms offer two queen beds and one twin bed each.
