The Villa Maui with heated private pool in the holiday resort of Cape Coral on the west coast of Florida invites you to enjoy a holiday with state-of-the-art facilities and pure luxury in an excellent location with many excursion and shopping opportunities nearby.the Villa Maui was only built in 2019 in a modern style. It is located in a quiet area directly on a south-west facing canal, where you can enjoy the sunset with a view over the canal and experience a wonderful holiday on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Experience the best comfort for your relaxing holiday.
Villa Maui is on one level and is approx. 204m² in size.
The large, open-plan living room is located in the centre of the house with the open-plan kitchen and spacious dining area. The high ceilings and large windows give the rooms a spacious and bright feel. An oversized fan hangs from the ceiling in the living room.
In the living room you will find a large lounge area and a large Smart TV as well as a fireplace.
In the open, fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things:

There are plenty of new sun loungers, cushions and parasols around the pool. A weekly pool service ensures good water quality.
A new outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge and shelves makes for great barbecue evenings by the pool. Enjoy marvellous sunsets with a view over the canal. Sun worshippers will get their money's worth thanks to the good south-west orientation.
There is also a lounge area. A large dining area for up to 10 people and ceiling fans on the terrace round off the offer.
New: we have had hurricane shutters installed on the terrace. The shutters not only protect against the storm, but our guests can also adjust them electrically to protect them from the sun, rain and wind on the terrace. Enjoy your holiday to the full.
