THE SETTING AND THE ATMOSPHERE
Located above the Uhabia beach in Bidart, the villa Uhabia is a nice family house, modern and warm in which you feel like at home. A villa on a human scale, where you feel good in summer and winter, comfortably installed in the cozy living room as well as on the large outdoor terrace.
THE VILLA
You will access the villa through the night part on the first floor before reaching the living room on the second floor. Once you arrive in the living room, you will be impressed by the unobstructed view that this sublime living room offers. The room, open on a large wooden terrace is bathed in light throughout the day. The kitchen is built around a central island, and opens onto a large dining room and a comfortable living room in extension. Outside, on the terrace, you can enjoy a large garden lounge with a view of the heights of Biarritz, and a sheltered dining area around which you can dine. In the continuity of the terrace, you will reach the swimming pool area, secured by pretty wooden fences. You will have understood, this villa is made to enjoy the sun!
THE BEDROOMS
3 first bedrooms are installed on the second floor of the villa, including two double rooms, and a child's room with a single bed. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with a large Italian shower. The rest of the sleeping area is located on the first floor, where we discover two additional bedrooms: The master suite with a shower room, as well as a child's bedroom with two small adjustable single beds (it is however about child beds). The children's room is also equipped with a bathroom with sink and shower.
PRACTICAL SIDE
You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles within the property. Also note that the villa has a fully equipped laundry room and a quiet office on the first floor.
WHAT WE LOVE
We obviously love the view from the large windows of the living room and the terrace. Inside the villa, we love the cinema corner on the first floor, which can also be used as a playroom for the children. We can already see ourselves meeting there for a movie with the family during a rainy day.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
La VIlla UHABIA, as its name indicates, is located just above the beach of the same name in Bidart. You can reach this sublime beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. Count about 10 minutes by bike to reach the city center of Bidart or 15 minutes by car (20 in summer with a little more traffic...) to reach the city center of Biarritz or Saint Jean de Luz.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
