We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Vinça, this charming house air-conditioned with less than one kilometre of the lake of Vinca, with swimming pool, of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². We are waiting for you!
The house is composed as follows, garage on the ground floor and house on the first floor:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), 8×4 metres, with safety gate, open from May to September (opening dates not contractual).
- A beautiful private and fenced garden of about 3,000 m².
- A south-facing terrace of about 3 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Vinça, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, with a beautiful view of the Canigou. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also the lake of Vinça. You will be ideally located 30 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from the Canigou mountain to go hiking and about 1H drive from Spain and the principality of Andorra.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park at the front of the house or inside the property.

- Nearest train station: Perpignan train station located approximately 25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport located approximately 30 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels not included. However, we offer a bed linen and towel option on request: 10€/person, to be paid on site.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
