Designed by the renowned Mexican architect Pepe de Iturbe, Villa Pacifica spans 11,000 sqft in seamless flowing lines which blend the outdoors with the inside and surround you with sublime beauty. The great room is nothing short of spectacular with a grand 14-seat dining table and sumptuously comfy sitting area, surrounded by exquisite artworks of lanterns, pottery and a gorgeous cool, tiled floor. Both sides of the room open completely to nature, so that you are surrounded by luscious gardens and shimmering ocean. The impressive media room is a space of fun and connection to bring everyone together (and can also be converted into a sleeping area for two). The sleek kitchen is decked out in stainless steel appliances including a walk-in refrigerator.
The seven ensuite bedrooms are all gleaming gems of comfort and refinement with sweeping white walls and incredible views. The magnificent master suite boasts a king bed with a recessed sitting area enjoying wide, sweeping views of the ocean. The opulent bathroom has indoor and outdoor showers and a private deck with a deep, sunken tub. A second king suite overlooks the splendid Royal Palm courtyard, while the third boasts an incredible view towards the Marietas Islands.
