With Southwestern style to spare, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath home is located near the end of a winding cul-de-sac on a quiet street just steps from a community pool, sauna and hot tub.
Backing to the 15th green of the Boulders North Course, the deep back yard reflects the natural beauty of the high Sonoran Desert. It’s framed by sun-splashed saguaros, a variety of cacti and desert plants. (You are welcome keep all the golf balls you find.)
The spacious living room has sliding glass doors that open to the patio and balmy desert breezes. Enjoy the gas fireplace, walls filled with original western art, comfy seating, a TV and DVD player, as well as a Bose radio.
The large master bedroom is a retreat in itself with flat-screen TV and sliding doors that lead to the back patio. There’s a generous walk-in closet and separate vanity, shower and bathtub areas.
The junior master bedroom has a private covered patio with excellent views of Black Mountain. A full bathroom is adjacent.
The back covered patio is furnished with a classic kettle grill, dining set for four with soft chairs. Chances are this will become a favorite spot for drinks and dinner.
When it’s time to show off your culinary skills, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with a slew of small appliances and plenty of storage. For entertaining, a hearty farm table seats six and an adjacent wet bar is an added convenience.
Step outside the front door and it is a minute walk to a spacious community pool, hot tub and sauna.
