Dolphin Paradise is a recently remodeled, canal home in City-by-the-Sea that is perfect for any large group or family to enjoy. With a fully-stocked kitchen, beautiful upstairs views from the patio, and lots of open space for children to run around, this 5BR/2BA home is sure to be a destination home for families for years to come.

Offering the best views on the block, your huge double level back deck overlooks the canal and will provide an opportunity to catch the occasional school of dolphins swimming through.

LIVING AREAS

A coastal-themed living room with easy-flowing access to the kitchen and dining areas provides guests with lots of space to lounge around after a day of fishing. There are two reclining couches, a reclining chair and sofa sleeper for movie nights with the family under the 60"SmartTV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Details matter when it comes to this kitchen! This home is stocked with all the supplies you will need to cook up a gourmet meal. A large fridge, coffee bar with standard coffee maker and Keurig, island with cabinets full of pots and pans, and a large pantry to store anything you need to bring along are all included.

The bar on the island seats up to 4 guests, and the formal dining table will seat up to 6. The owners have also provided additional seating for groups to 14.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The downstairs, master bedroom has a king bed, a 40” wall-mounted TV, and large closet.

The other 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, and down the hall you will find another bedroom with another queen and trundle bed. Walk around the corner and gaze upon the large family suite- complete with 2 twin bunk beds, a queen sized bed, and an additional twin bed. This room is sure to please kids of all ages- books, a SmartTV, and several toys, books and games are available for guest use. The last and final bedroom is perfect for a group of 3 and includes and queen bed and a twin bed. The upstairs bathroom is complete with tub and shower and is shared.
