This roomy, rustic, cottage, built as a guest house in 1917 has water views to the east and west. Kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, two new bathrooms, four bedrooms and best of all a recently restored wide covered porch overlooking spectacular Mackerel Cove sunsets.

The location is ideal for families with kids who like outdoor exploration. A short walk through woods to a private cove for swimming and kayaking; a sandy beach a short drive away; a nearby General Store and a local restaurants will keep you supplied. The driveway and well are shared with a third neighbor. Walls separating bedrooms are thin so bring your earplugs for added privacy. The only frills are the new bathroom fixtures, the recently installed water filtration system and most of all the remarkable beauty that nature supplies.
