This is a brand new studio in a peaceful location away from the midtown traffic on 3.2 acres just at the edge of the Saguaro National Park. This is the quintessential Arizona experience with its lush cacti, mountain views, majestic saguaros, howling coyotes and picturesque sunsets. Enjoy the starry desert nights in the private, enclosed courtyard. The studio is quiet and secluded enough for a writers retreat, but the university, fine dining and downtown nightlife are just a short drive away. Lush desert forest only found in this region of the world surrounds you and the Desert Museum is just up the road, they built it out here for a reason!

Nearby hikes include the Sweetwater Preserve, Yetman Trail, Sweetwater trail to Wasson's Peak and don't forget about the AZ Sonora Desert Museum!
