ENJOY THE HEATED POOL. Hidden away in paradise a home that radiates sunshine throughout its four walls all while enjoying that first sip of coffee in the morning. A Narnia feeling that brings you into a hidden kids' room just behind the bookshelf. This home offers a large and cozy living room and a massive kitchen to cook up a feast for dear loved ones with a dining area that can seat a family of eight comfortably. Wind down by dipping your toes into the cool sparkling pool and enjoy that beautiful sunset. You will have access to Encanterra Clubhouse (fee will apply) which has an active adult golf resort. Full access to all amenities, pickleball, pools, clubhouse, bocci, golf, etc., community social events, and clubs.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (This is a secret room which can be accessed by opening the bookshelves)
There is a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 guests.
The house has two full bathrooms and 1/2. The parking garage can fit 2 cars.
Please note... If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, it will be extra. Let us know if you are interested in this.
Other things to note
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy Stay: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!
The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

•Please do not flush anything else besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. or any non-flushable wet wipes. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge of the costs of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.
Please: No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows.
No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
