In the summer of 2019 we have our apartment for 8 people, in an old thatched Kate opened. The apartment is located in a house and is located on two floors. The fantastic location on the Geltinger bay, in the landscape conservation area, makes your holiday a special experience. The thatched roof Kate has been renovated and equipped for her with a mixture of antique and new furniture and decorations from the region. So it may be that they sit on Grandma's old chairs, the old railway tracks act as a picture frame shelf, driftwood and old harbor bollards illuminate the rooms as lamps. Let yourself be surprised which antique objects awake to new life. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, the Geltinger bay. From here you can look at the Danish coast. Between them and the Baltic Sea lies a small paddock, which is regularly visited by deer, heron and white-tailed eagle and a small sailing port. Due to the proximity to the Baltic Sea, about 500 m walk, the apartment offers you countless recreational opportunities. The Gelting Bay is very popular with sailors, windsurfers and kitesurfers. At the Geltinger bay, they have the opportunity to get to know the water sports or live out their hobby. But not only water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the scenery. The apartment is located in close proximity to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Bicycle parking spaces with electricity are available.

You can explore together the Schleswig-Holstein school map or enjoy a beautiful view of the Geltinger bay in the panorama seating area. Garden / TerraceOn the south side of the house you will find the first terrace space to enjoy the sun in spring and autumn. For the younger holiday guests you will find on the south side a small adventure place, here the children can experience their senses and live out the joy of exercise. On the north side of the house there is the second terrace place overlooking the Baltic Sea. The terrace offers enough space for you to grill with your own barbecue, to eat together, to relax in the beach chair or to rest on the loungers in the relax zone with beach sand.
