Step inside to a massive game room and pub style bar. There is a pool table that makes into a perfect table for a card game or to do a puzzle. Mix yourself a drink at the bar, or sit right up to it and enjoy the games people play. The game room is also complete with a large screen television.
Into the open concept living room and kitchen. This bright and white kitchen has absolutely everything you would ever need to make a meal, entertain family and friends or get ready for a BBQ outside. There is a kitchen nook for a cup of coffee too. The living room has a supersized comfy sectional and additional seating so everyone can catch a movie or a sporting event together. Retreat to the downstairs Master bedroom complete with a king bed, television, seating area, walk out to the backyard oasis and a spa like bath. The Spa bath as double sinks, a soaker tub, walk in shower and walking closet.
Just outside the downstairs Master is a 1/2 bath and a full sized laundry room.
Up the spectacular curved staircase are 4 more bedrooms. The upstairs master is a duplicate of the downstairs Master with a king sized bed, television en-suite bath and sitting area. Spacious closets too. Down the hall find a rare third King bedroom, that is light and bright in the front of the house. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds, Twin, Twin and a separate Twin Bed. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed that is Queen bottom and Full on the top. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The beds are all super comfy and have luxury linens. This is a great home to share with multiple families, or bring the team for a tournament. Super fast wifi and a 2 car garage complete the main house.
Outside is what you come to enjoy Arizona for. The sparkling heated pool so you can absolutely enjoy the AZ sunshine year round. The rumbling of the fountain so soothing. Best about this home is there is no homes behind you. After you take a dip and relax in your lounger you are welcome too enjoy dinner on the patio alfresco. There is a large dining table and a grand BBQ for grilling the steaks and the corn on the cob. After dinner enjoy lounging in the gazebo with a fire pit for evening time.
