This beautiful 2 story mountain home is located in town and right on the river! Enjoy summer evenings listening to the babbling of the river as you grill today’s catch! This property is perfect for your next family vacation to the beautiful mountains of Red River.
The home has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom being located on the main floor. The home boasts a welcoming open floor plan with a gorgeous stone gas fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly nights. The front porch allows for breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the city lakes! The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for additional seating. It also has a ½ bath and laundry room with access to a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bathroom, tub/shower ,and walk in closet.
Head upstairs where you will see a nice open loft area that separates the bedrooms and bathroom and also has a bunk with a full size bed on the bottom, a twin on top and a twin trundle underneath. One bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the river. This room has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower for the guests to enjoy.
The back deck has a gas grill for guests to enjoy while soaking up the ambience that the river and mountains provide. The river is steps away from the back deck, so bring your poles and enjoy some time fishing on the river.
This rental has enough room to accommodate a trailer, so feel free to bring your toys! this particular property is walking distance to the ski lifts and has high speed wifi No smoking and no pets. No garage access.

During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
