Welcome to our cherished home in Tucson, a place where spring-fed riparian oases are a true rarity. Our home is nestled by a vibrant stream that flows for 3/4 of the year, offering a unique escape that you won't find anywhere else in Tucson. This is where our family has made countless memories, and while we're traveling, we'd love for you to make some memories here too!

At the heart of the house lies a spacious, chef's dream kitchen. It boasts a 7-foot bar and island, top-of-the-line appliances, and all the amenities you'd need to whip up a gourmet feast or a simple family meal. The open-plan living space, with its plush sofas and large windows, ensures you're never far from the heart of the home.
The accommodation includes two master suites, each with its own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The main suite features a luxurious king bed, while the second suite houses two queen beds, perfect for families. A separate queen bedroom (equipped with basic yoga equipment) and a cozy queen sofa bed offer additional sleeping arrangements, all outfitted with top-of-the-line mattresses, fluffy towels, and the softest linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Step outside to the expansive backyard. Dive into the heated pool, or unwind in the unique treehouse. As the evening sets in, the fire and ice table and outdoor chiminea create a magical ambiance!

You have access to every part of the property, with the exception of the camper located on the far side of the property. This is the caretaker's space. There is plenty of privacy for you, and the caretaker is very quiet. You'll see him take the trash out, and occasionally maintain the yard.
You do not share any spaces.
All guests must sign a waiver immediately after booking due to the treehouse, playground equipment, and pool at the property.
POOL HEAT, MAINTENANCE AND WASTE COLLECTION:
Pool heat is in winter only (October-March). We charge our actual cost of $100 per day. Pool maintenance and waste collection are done on Monday. There is nothing you need to do, however you will see maintenance workers there briefly.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: This property is monitored by a Minut decibel monitoring device. The neighbors also have my phone number. Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. Other large gatherings of a quiet nature, such as a family gathering for Christmas will be considered ONLY if requested in advance.
MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 10 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!
ACCESSIBILITY: There are two steps down to get to the living room.
PARENTS: Please note this house is not baby proofed. We do include a pack n play and dishes for kids, however you are responsible for child and baby safety. There is a not-to-code fence around the pool, however, pool safety and supervision are required by parents and other adults at all times to prevent accidents. There is also a treehouse and playground equipment - adults are responsible for child safety.
