Our Beautiful 2.5 acre property is located just 30 minutes north of Phoenix, AZ in Beautiful Peoria. With over 6,800 feet of vacation space for small or large getaways. The home features an enclosed/walled backyard & is off the grid - featuring green technology, solar panels for electricity, propane for cooking and heating water, and a 800ft deep private well that brings clean nourishing water to the home.
The property sits right in front of Sunrise Mountain Preserve with over 350 acres of hiking trails right out the backdoor. For the hiking & nature lover this is a dream come true! Get up early and hike up the mountain and see views that stretch for miles from the top!
Main house features 5 + bedrooms with 1 additional room (yoga fitness room) that can be converted to a sleeping area, and 6 bathrooms.
NOTE: All mattresses are high quality & very comfortable memory foam.
* Master bedroom suite & spa (BLISS ROOM) w/2 king beds & a day bed with trundle (both are twin mattresses)
Large walk-in closet, has an overflow bed (full sized set up for a private room) very large master bath with an incredible shower that features 8 power shower heads. * Bedroom # 2 (PEACE ROOM) This room features 2 bunks beds Full over Queen on both beds all with excellent medium firm memory foam mattresses (4 separate beds) this room has a large bathroom with dual sink vanity and large walk in shower. It also features incredible sunset views facing west. Sleeps up to 6
* Bedroom #3 (TRANQUILITY ROOM) This room features 2 bunks beds Full over Queen on both beds all with excellent medium firm memory foam mattresses (4 separate beds) this room has a large bathroom with single sink vanity and a large tub/shower combo. * Bedroom #4 (HEALING ROOM) This room features 1 bunk bed Full over Full and one additional full bed, all with excellent medium firm memory foam mattresses (3 separate beds) This room has also has a private bathroom with sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. This room is located on the main floor off the family room. Sleeps 3
* Bedroom #5 - (HARMONY ROOM) - this room features 2 full sized beds (sleeps 2) w/private ensuite full bath
* Bedroom/fitness room (Fitness/yoga studio) that can be converted to a sleeping room if requested. 2 available air mattresses can be used
Large kitchen with chef-quality appliances. Features all dishware, and cooking utensils.
Dining options include the Kitchen center island, kitchen table, dining room table, or outdoor patio dining table.
A Coffee bar area next to the kitchen offers a work area if you have a workgroup or need to catch up on email or a project.
The patio features ample seating for large groups and a nice gas firepit for cool evenings. A large outdoor kitchen with everything needed for a spectacular BBQ dinner.
The outdoor area with a pool - waterfall and volleyball court has ample space to play, have fun in the sun, or just relax and take in the mountain views.
Large family room has 65-inch smart TV - some free streaming services are connected. Ready for your Netflix account to watch a movie? Also features a nice gas fireplace.
The amazing mountain views from the upper deck, kitchen, master bedroom, yoga/stretching room and casual living room area are simply breathtaking.
This property just feels comfortable and like you are away on a retreat.
Plenty of parking and room for RV parking.
You will have access to absolutely everything on the property with the exception of the casita & RV garage/parking area. (The owners live in Casita and are onsite managers)
ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows and Wi-Fi included. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials you will need to prepare meals.
The house is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
Pool heating - not available. Pool will be open -Pool water is cool/cold November to April
A great way to heat up on cool nights is to sit in the 4 person hot tub
* Guess access: Guests can come and go as you please. Smart lock on the front door, no keys needed.
Interactions with guests
During standard business hours We are available for our guests as much or as little as you need. We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please contact us by email first during the business hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, if it’s not a emergency we will gladly respond within the hour. If there is a emergency that needs our attention right away, please contact owner or onsite caretakers (in casita) directly with numbers provided upon booking.
We like to respect privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in the home!

Cameras are only for front and rear door entrances, & outside view like main entrance, mechanical pool equipment and outside parking area.

9pm Weekdays (Sunday-Thurs)
9pm weekends (Friday-Saturday) are QUIET TIME
No loud music, loud voices, or yelling is allowed during quiet time. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If neighbors complain about noise, you will be requested to go inside and quiet down.
If we receive a 2nd call - your reservation may be cancelled, and you may be asked to leave.
