Extensive forests, meadows and moors as well as the hilly landscape shaped by the Ice Age with large and small lakes offer undisturbed spaces for many endangered animal and plant species. The region, located between Prenzlau, Templin and Angermünde and just over an hour's drive from the capital Berlin, is ideal for a natural and varied vacation.
