Come enjoy North Myrtle Beach. This resort has a large outdoor space that spreads across three buildings. Outdoors you have pools, heated lazy river, Jacuzzi, and bar. Each building has its own indoor pool. You have access to all three buildings. Washer and Dryer are pay to use, located in the lobby of building 1 and 3.
The building that you will be staying in has an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sports bar and laundry room. The main building (middle) has a cafe, ice cream/ gift shop, and indoor pool. Building 1 has a gym, laundry room and indoor lazy river.

This unit is on the second floor and is self check in. In the summer time you are able to avoid long check in lines, and skip the the elevator. You can simply walk up, using the staircase on the right and check in. Avoiding close contact.
With self check in you can leave your stuff in the room, hang out by the pools or go for a swim in the ocean. You don't have to worry about hiding your wallet, and key card in the sand while swimming. This unit is privately owned, which means the resort staff doesn't have access, and can't enter your room while your out. The door code is unique to you, that nobody else has. Our cleaning crew use a temporary access code that expires before check in.
From the second floor balcony you get a view of the ocean and the beach. You can also see the pools, making it great for people watching or watching your kids from your balcony. Higher units you have to lean over the balcony to see the pool.
Sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee while listening to the ocean waves is our favorite thing to do when we stay here.
The bedroom has two double beds, and cable TV (not a smart TV). The living room has the balcony, queen size sofa bed, and a full size Murphy Bed, that is pulled down from the wall. The TV has cable, it's a smart tv that you can log into your Netflix account. The living room has a locking door for privacy. Essentially it can be used as a second bedroom.
The bathroom features a jetted tub. The Kitchen is stocked with, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee Machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove, electric oven, and full size refrigerator.
This resort has indoor heated pools, Jacuzzi, outdoor lazy river is heated and one of the outdoor pools is also heated. Nothing better then sitting in the outdoor Jacuzzi in December. There is an outdoor bar, so you can easily order a drink while relaxing by the pool. The beach has a life guard, and is easily accessible from the pool area. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from the life guards.

This unit is privately owned, the resort doesn't manage it. The front desk won't assist you.
We have the option of allowing the resort to manage our unit but we didn't like the way the rooms they manage looked. We decided to use Vereen to clean and manage. His company does a much better job.
You are provided with 8 Towels, and linens for every bed. The cleaning company owner's cell phone is provided in the room. If you need more towels, have a maintenance issue, or any other issues you can text him directly. He is very responsive. We love this company for that reason. Other cleaning companies, can only be reached business hours, and guests can't contact them directly. There is a fee for extra towels, don't worry we cover it.
No Smoking, this includes the balcony.
No Pets or Extra guests. Please don't try to sneak them in.
Parking: You will be provided with one parking pass. During check in, you can park in the spots in front of the resort. Bring your bags up, grab the pass, and then you have to move your vehicle to the parking garage directly across from the tower. No trailers or RV parking. During summer months spots are tight, and you may have to park in the upper levels. Garage has elevators.
We don't provide beach towels, shampoo, or cooking supplies. You have to bring your own coffee, creamer, cooking oil etc. Please do not use the bathroom towels for the pool or beach.
If the A/C is on, the balcony door can't be left open for an extended period of time. The humidity causes the a/c unit to turn off. Requiring a call to Vereen to reset.
Any dishes, or pots used have to be washed and put back.
