Located just 10 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl Resort, this home is the ideal location for your daytime adventures to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and beyond. After a day of exploring, unwind under the stars in the brand-new custom hot tub and take in the breathtaking views. The expansive property provides ample space for kids to play and explore, making it the ultimate family retreat.
Inside, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms, a large great room with entertainment and a smart TV, 2.5 bathrooms, and a main living room with a comfortable sectional couch, wood-burning stove, and a large HD TV. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils necessary for proper meal preparation.
Step outside and fire up the new gas grill for a summertime BBQ, and dine al fresco on the patio seating. The entire backyard is fully fenced and we are a dog-friendly property.
The sleeping arrangements are perfect for families or groups, with a luxurious en-suite primary bedroom featuring a king bed, large walk-in closet, gas fireplace, entry to the back patio, a smart TV, and a private full bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. The fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, also with a smart TV. The home is set up for a total of 9 which includes 6 adults and 3 children.
And for added convenience, the home has a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use and we have added a 240v 50 amp RV style outlet for EV Charging. We do have both styles of cords if you have forgotten yours.
We have a list of approved vendors to make your time here even more special.

Guests have the option of parking in the temperature regulated double car garage or in the large driveway. Driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Home is located in the well established Baderville area, just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff.
Please note the last 1/4 mile of road leading to the home is dirt road- take caution in winter months.

Please note the house has a security camera on the front porch that monitors activity to/ from the house.
We are allowing pre-approved pets. Please contact us if you plan on bringing your dog. The backyard is fully fenced even for smaller dogs.
Use of the hot tub is solely the responsibility of the guests during their reservation. The owner and/or host are not liable for damages/injuries/illness incurred by guests while using the hot tub. Use at your own risk!
***Children under the age of 12 MUST have the supervision of an adult during use of the hot tub
SMOKING/DRUG USE IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE. If smoking is detected, an additional charge of $500 will be applied to the reservations.
Please note- the detached garage that is located to the west of the main house is private and is occasionally used by friends of the house owner- do not be alarmed if you see people accessing the garage. That garage is private- do not disturb.
Guest must be able to climb a small set of stairs (5) to access the front entrance of the home and (12) stairs to access the upstairs area.
We are on a Septic System
Do not flush anything other than human waste and Toilet Paper. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.
Entertaining/parties not allowed at this property- failure to adhere to this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of guest reservation

Pet Policy: All pets must be preapproved. Send us a message and let us know what you are wanting to bring. NO CATS!
We allow up to 2 small to medium size DOGS to stay with you. The cost for 1 dog for a 2-3 night stay is $100, for a longer stay and a second pet it does go up. I can let you know once you email us.
Dogs are not to be left alone if they are loud or destructive. You need to keep dogs on leashes if they are out in front of the house or on the streets.
You must pick up after your pet. A Minimum of $50 fee will be charged for any pet mess left. Keep pets off furniture and bedding or a fee will be assessed.
Any unauthorized pets in the home will be charged a $250 fee and possible cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Weapons are not allowed on the property.
Smoking is not allowed indoors- a $500 fee applies if smoking is detected.
