Summary: Room was as expected - nice. The communication and service at the hotel is the worst I’ve tried. They say they have 24/7 service. We tried for days to reach the hotel through several different channels. Instead I got 11 bot-generated emails on information I did not need. We also had to pay a deposit on arrival on cash, and spend too much time getting the money back. Would not recommend.
