(Swimming pool and plancha available only from June to September) SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of 1000 €, in the form of an uncashed check, will be requested upon the handover of the keys. The full or partial deposit will be returned after inspection of the property upon leaving and in accordance with any damage observed CLEANING: The exit cleaning is taken care of by the owner who invoices 100 euros to the tenant. A cleaning kit and household products are made available to the tenant for any intermediate cleaning.
