As you enter the foyer of this spacious 2,591 sqft home built in 1988, you’ll be welcomed by the natural light beaming off the tall vaulted ceilings and open space. The separated master bedroom features a King bed and is located downstairs opposite the upstairs bedrooms, providing extra privacy and ease of access. Additionally, the master bathroom has been remodeled and includes a tall claw foot soaking tub. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms includes a queen bed and dresser/chest. We've designed this space to comfortably accommodate 2 adults per room. For families traveling with small children, we also provide a pack ‘n play. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and cookware for your convenience.
Our game room includes a pool table and a selection of board games for adults and families.
The pool is spacious and has a depth of about 8 feet, with a rock waterfall feature. The large hot tub is perfect for nighttime relaxation and can be used like an in-ground Jacuzzi. Both the pool and spa can be heated, but the pool typically receives enough warmth from the sun. Enjoy nighttime ambiance in the pool where hanging lights are set on an automatic timer. We've added lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table to the patio for your convenience.
For those guests who “Work from home,” you’ll find the ultra fast fiber internet provides speeds greater than 300 Mbps. We've added a desk, chair, and outlets in the master bedroom and upstairs loft. The living room features a 70” Smart TV, although we do not provide cable service, we've signed into Netflix. You are also welcome to login to any other service that you personally pay for.
We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.

This property is conveniently located in in a safe, quiet neighborhood of Spring, Tx with roadway entrances from either Louetta Road or Cypresswood Drive.
This quiet neighborhood has a 20 MPH speed limit with frequent stop signs. Street parking is allowed and if needed please do not block any neighboring driveways.
Instructions will be provided to heat up the hot-tub outside for those adults who want to relax outside.
Pool service days are Tuesday and Friday/Saturday: it is recommended not to swim in pool for 4 hours after any chemical treatment.
Trash service is Saturday and Wednesday early morning.
Outlets have been upgraded to tamper resistant plugs.

There are frequent patrols from local law enforcement (Constables from Precinct 4).
There are several insects and small animals that are native to the area. The home and neighborhood features beautiful tall mature trees and wooded areas. You can expect to encounter one or more native insects such as: bees, ants, tree cockroaches or mosquitoes. Additionally, it’s not uncommon to see lizards, opossums, and squirrels. Although some if these may be unsightly, they are a part of the local ecosystem. We know pest control is important and we have a regular service that maintains our home to prevent/ reduce the presence of insects. Although we take extra steps to mitigate pests it’s impossible to completely avoid them, especially outdoors.
