The luxury Condos are located in one of the most prestige locations in the RGV. It's located on Sharyland and are right away from the expressway. It's has everything close, such as the best shopping centers, hospitals, restaurants, etc. The building is completely gated and counts with security cameras for you to have peace of mind.

Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability for a fee of $30 USD.
-Pets are allowed in the Condo! If you want to bring your pets, there will be a $60 fee for each pet and you will be responsible for any damage that the pet may cause.
-It is 100% prohibited to have any kind of parties or events in the building.
-Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays, and 12PM to 8AM on weekends.
-Pool and shared areas close at 10PM on weekdays and 12PM on Friday and Saturday.
-Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the pool area or the inside gardens that are by the pool ($100 Fine).
-Please do not use towels for makeup. ($15 fine for each stained towel)
