Beautiful 3700 square foot beach front house on Lake Huron! 4 bedroom, including a huge "bunk room" for kiddos. Two bedrooms downstairs, one is a full, Master is a queen with walkout steps. Views are amazing. Upstairs there is a room with a queen and two twins, as well as a Bunkroom. The Bunkroom has two sets of bunks (for children only) and two full beds as well as a 55 inch Smart TV. (with the best views!) Gourmet kitchen (double range), granite countertops. Washer and Dryer for your use. Two living areas, one up, one down, both equipped with 55 inch Smart TVs. High Speed WIFI throughout. Hammock and outdoor playground for kids. Both gas and charcoal grills, outdoor firepit, both ping pong and foosball tables, additional refrigerator in garage, boogie boards and a few adult and youth bicycles for your use. Can't beat the sunrise or views of Charity Island with a cup of coffee! Enjoy looking for seaglass and Petosky stones!
