This new urban-style apartment has all the space and comforts you'll need and so many more not offered by hotels down the street charging double the price. This property will sleep 4 adults and 2 children. We have a King bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed with a thick memory foam mattress and a high-end self-inflating queen bed if you need additional sleeping arrangements. On site you'll find resort-style amenities. A huge lap-pool with abundant lounge areas and covered BBQ grilling space. Bring your swimwear. Yes, we do tan in Phoenix year-round! There is an amazing lounge space located on the roof with seating and more BBQ grills with stunning views of downtown Phoenix. Definitely spend some time up there in the evening with a few drinks to unwind from the day. A large gym, yoga studio, and large common areas are available for entertaining guests while in town. Roosevelt Row is a world-renowned culinary experience. Walk out the front door and you can experience amazing food from every genre you want. Restaurants, coffee bars, tavern, night clubs...you name it, are all within literally a few blocks walk. We will provide our favorite recommendations with our Guide Book. Better diet for a few days before arriving, because you're sure to add a few pounds on this trip! The property is minutes from Phoenix International Airport. Many people catch a cab, Uber, or Lift to the home. If you choose to rent a car or drive here, we have two private parking garages available. The light-rail is a few blocks away and will take you to Suns and Diamondbacks facility as well as the Civic Center and all downtown attractions. ✔ Check-in MUST be completed by 9pm. If you are arriving to Phoenix later than 9pm, you must call us by noon the day of check-in for specific instructions. We are not available 24/7 for customer support. ✔ Our management company asks all guests to provide a copy of their government-issued ID/Driver License prior to checking in. This is the same function as providing ID when checking into a hotel. You will be provided a link in your Booking Confirmation. This can easily be done in 2 minutes on a computer or smart phone.
