Large, modern, fully-equipped home on the back bay of Biddeford Pool. Five bedrooms and bathrooms (2 master bedrooms- one on each floor) Lawn to water's edge and private dock with floats. Family room with piano and wet bar opens onto sun deck. Living room and dining room sliders open onto screened deck for meals overlooking the bay. TV and minisplit which cools living and dining rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen boasts quartz counters, induction stove , microwave and all the gadgets! Small appliances include toaster, blender, crockpot, toaster oven, electric griddle, waffle maker, panini maker, mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder and food processor. Bottom cabinets have child proof magnetic locks which may be engaged for safety of children.
Downstairs also includes guest master bedroom with Queen bed, TV and master bath with shower, second bathroom with tub, laundry room with extra large Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer, laundry sink, and second refrigerator.
Upstairs includes master bedroom with 2 king-size beds, cable TV/VCR, and private bath including 2 person tub and additional shower. Bedroom two overlooking bay has king-size bed TV, DVD, and minisplit. Bedroom three and four are both queen size....with full size crib in one. Additional upstairs baths with shower.
Towels (bath and kitchen) are supplied by owner. Bed sheets supplied by tenant or through local rental.
Lots of lawn room for outdoor games. Lawn furniture, Weber gas grill and beach chairs - also badmitton, bocce ball, croquet, corn hole and a variety of movies and games.
UNE students please note: I do weekly rental...no winter season long term rental!
