Summary: Kasa is a great place to stay. I did experience a roach inside the apartment however I don’t think Kasa is fully responsible for this incident because it’s an apartment complex. I didn’t like that the other tenants left trash in the hallways maybe they have a trash service but I think that’s why the bugs are there. Other than that you definitely can’t speak loudly they do not play about noise which is understandable. We got warnings while singing Happy Birthday and having conversations. Just keep the noise down and you’ll be fine. Beautiful apartment and cozy.
