The house is located in the heart of the old town of Hyères, on the heights.
This area is very quiet, pleasant and close to all shops (200/300 m).
The sea and the beaches are 4 kilometers away.
The house has a single room with a bed for 2 people, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom. You can access the terrace directly from the kitchen. The terrace of about 20 m² is bright, surrounded by greenery and not overlooked.
The environment is very pleasant, 2 steps from the Villa Noailles and Place Massillon (pedestrian square with restaurants and shops), St Bernard Park and Ste Claire are in the immediate vicinity and the scrubland that starts a few hundred meters with many hiking trails.
This house is ideal for a couple but possible for a family with the use of the sofa bed. It is a simple house to live, for all holidaymakers who wish to be quiet while being close to shops and entertainment.
The house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility because of its pedestrian access by steep streets.
Parking is possible either at the public parking St Paul (at 50 meters from the house but few places) or the private parking Vinci Clémenceau (10 minutes on foot, about 45 € the week), or in the streets and public car parks of the district depending on the availability. The car is not essential, there are many bus lines that regularly serve the coastline.
